problem with command prompt

My problem at the command prompt cmd I have a problem, my dear brother many orders do not work with me and the most important thing CD For example, I will be standing on Albartishn <c: \ windows \ system32 When do I have the cd to ignore it and opens a new line and in some orders show me a message System can not find the specified i want solution

    Hello,

    Can you please tell us what are the things you want to do with cmd (Command Prompt)? It will also be helpful if you will create a list of the cmd commands that do not work on your end.

    We're also suspecting that there are system errors. For our first touch, please run SFC (System File Checker).

    I have learned about Software and found that  th CMD the perfect program i can use to do many orders 

    But i have problems  like iam in the part "C:\windows \ system32" When I enter the order CD no things happen i it open a new line  without move to the part"C:\windows "

    and also i have a big problem sometime when i enter order  i received a message "System can't find the path specified "

    i hope that you can help me to solve my problems

    In my understanding, you are currently in this directory: C:\windows \ system32. Using CD command means you want to go back from the system32 directory down to Windows.

    Use this command instead: cd..

    Look here:

    As you can see in the figure, the cd command does not do anything, but the cd.. command will let you go back to the previous directory which is Windows.

    Regarding this query:
