Nokia Lumia error code 80072ee7

Hi. None of my apps on my phone work I've tried updating it but it shows me error 8072ee7. It doesn't even go into the store or connect to a wifi network. What do i do please help

    Yes I changed server thinking it would help me sync my yahoo mail. never could get yahoo mail on this phone. please help.
