Schedule meeting following specific requirements

Hi!

My colleague asked me to research whether it is possible to schedule a Teams meeting following specific requirements. Requirements are following -

  • From 9.30 AM - 10.00 AM provide ability for users and guests to join (register) the meeting
  • From 10.00 AM – 02.00 PM provide all users and guests participation in one channel
  • From 02.30 PM – 04.00 PM provide three channels (at least for 50 users and guests each channel)
  • From 04.00 PM – 04.30 PM provide all users and guests participation in one channel
  • Each of the channels needs to be recorded in audio-video format, with ability to download the recorded material later
  • A total of about 150 users (including guests) are expected to participate.

As I have never done this, I searched for some tutorials, but lot of them are at least 6 months old and requires Microsoft Flow and Sharepoint site. Maybe this can be achieved much easier now?

Thanks!

    Hi @Tomass Pētersons

It is still impossible for us to schedule the same meeting in different attendee time. The most feasible solution is to schedule different meeting in different attendee time and you can set each meeting’s requirements for each meeting. For more details about how to schedule meetings in different time zone, you can refer to:
