try the Using the BitLocker Repair Tool to Recover a Drive first then Repair-bde.exe Parameter Reference
disk has one or more errors, encryption suspended
I am running windows 8.1 Pro. I have had problems with start up. I ran recovery, etc. and got the computer to work but I keep getting the problem of disk error each time. I ran chkdsk/r and had no issues come up. Then I still get the same problem Bitlocker is not running, boot takes forever with a couple of black screens and the same error message always appears telling me to run chkdsk/R. I was wondering if running chkdsk/F would be a better idea? Hopefully someone has an answer since I have posted before and when I tell them the stock answers they gave me are no help, I never get a reply.

2016-11-27T23:12:50+00:00 The message is as follows:
An error occured. This disk has one or more errors. Run chkdsk /r. If these problems persist...."
The problem is that chkdsk/r tells me I have no problems yet this problem occurs everytime I boot. Bitlocker says suspended (meaning cant use) and boots take about 5 minutes.
Help Please
