MMC.EXE crashing

Question

We have two Server 2012 r2 servers that we have Active Roles installed on them.  When we use Active Roles it uses mmc.exe, most times is runs with no issues but I have a few users that continue to have issues with MMC crashing below is the Event ID message.  This also happens when we have Users and Computers MMC open.  Anyone run into this and have a fix?
