pcfiXtray on startup

I can't seem to delete them even though i deleted the shortcut found in the local disk and also everytime i startup the pc new of these spawn in the local disk and also in the startup, how to delete them?

Did you try uninstalling the program?

Did you seek advice from your antimalware provider (AVG, Avira, McAfee, Norton, Webroot, etc)?

Any new browser extensions that need to be disabled?
