That’s associated with a PC Fix Speed system optimizer” that is considered by most to be a PUP.

Why you should not use Registry Cleaners and Optimization Tools

Did you try uninstalling the program?

Did you seek advice from your antimalware provider (AVG, Avira, McAfee, Norton, Webroot, etc)?

Any new browser extensions that need to be disabled?

Try using this free scanner: http://blog.emsisoft.com/2015/06/09/how-to-find-and-clean-malware-infections-with-emsisoft-emergency-kit/

You may need to reset your browsers...

Alternatively, see this free multi step removal guide from Malwaretips.com: https://malwaretips.com/blogs/pc-fix-speed-virus/  You may not need to use Hitman Pro if Adwcleaner, JRT and Malwarebytes Free eliminate the issue.
