Windows script host

I have hp 2000 with windows 7 home basic as my operating system. I booted my system and find a blank screen and in a dialog box found windows script host. Script:c:\windows\run.vb. line:15 char: 2 error: unable to wait for process.  code: 80020009 source: wshshell.run. how do i resolve this problem.
