Microsoft Oulook 365 Rules Disable

Question

Outlook 365 has stopped accepting new Rules. Upon entering the program, the message appears that they are not available. Old rules continue to function normally. This error caused problems in other programs that had a registered account, such as Apple's Mail, which started to crash.

According to your description, I think your are using New Outlook 365 for Mac, is it right? If so, what's the type of your account?
Based on my test, the rules are actually not supported for some accounts(such as Gmail) in New Outlook for Mac now, here is my test result below, which is same with yours. I have also tried to researched a lot about it and found some similar feedback there.

So for your normal use, it's suggested to turn off the new outlook and switch back temporarily, let's give "this new guy" a little more patience, and Microsoft is working hard on it to add more common features to the new version, hope the support for this feature in New Outlook for Mac would be back soon. You could also post your idea in our uservoice, which is the official platform that Microsoft collect the suggestions on Outlook, it may increase the priority for our engineers to create a possible option or feature that can be included in the future updates of the program.
