Certain keys unresponsive while playing games.

Question

Hi there!

I have been having an issue lately. Whenever I go into a game, neither my h nor my p key functions. This hinders my ability to communicate and play. The games I have are the following:

• Unturned
• Garry's Mod
• Scrap Mechanic
• Blockade 3D
• World of Tanks

I also have about 15 windows store apps but all keys work fine on those apps. These are all steam games (Steam by Valve corporation) and I am wondering if the problem is steam-related.

Kindly try to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if it resolves the issue. Follow the steps from the link provided earlier. Also make sure that you update your chipset drivers to the latest one from manufacturer website.

Thanks for the quick reply, turns out that I did have a few drivers out of date that needed updating. Although the problem still persist even after updating the drivers from my manufacture's website. Is there anything else you recommend?

I have installed all updates and when I'm playing World of Warcraft in fullscreen mode a lot of my keys become unresponsive as well.
