it is showing the error message "File media...[Fail]" .

please let me know if there is anything I can do

    Hi,

Receiving Start PXE over IPv6 usually means that the HDD of your PC is not being recognized by the BIOS, which is why you are unable to boot into Windows. We suggest that you reset the BIOS settings to default, and then try to boot into Windows. Should you need assistance regarding the BIOS, kindly get in touch with your device manufacturer.

Do get back to us once you are able to boot into Windows.

    Hi Vigya,

As mentioned by Patricia Yu, you may need to contact the manufacturer of your computer, or view the documentation that is included with your computer for information about the BIOS and how to modify it.

Note: Modifying BIOS settings incorrectly can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from booting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the configuring of BIOS settings can be solved. Modifications of the settings are at your own risk.

If we can help you with anything else, feel free to contact us.
