System restore failed

Hi i sent my computer for repair and they replaced my hd for no reason :( i had a complete system image back up in case this happened but the system re-image failed and i got this message.

This is really sad and i dont understand why its so complicated to backup and restore your entire system.

    Also not sure why this was moved to Windows 7 I'm on Windows 10

    I went to backup and restore and backedup the entire computer including a complete system image. This should have backed up all files and created an exact copy of the system.

    After getting this error my computer won't boot​ Windows or let me repair or reinstall windows

    Sorry, but I suspect you are using wrong terminology and the correct terminology makes a big difference.

    Image is a bit by bit copy of the hard drive.  Not individual files.

    Backup consists of individual files and folders copied to an external drive.

    Please be more precise and complete in your question.

    Error 0X80070057 occurs when you failed to backup files by using Windows Backup on Windows 7. You can refer to our support link to troubleshoot this issue.
