SCCM 2012 r2 task sequence "apply windows settings" fails

Question

Hi Guys,

I need assistance with SCCM task sequence OS deployment. The deployment runs smoothly until it reaches "apply windows settings"  and fails.

Can someone advise on the steps that need to be followed to resolve this issue.
