Azure Advisor recommendation not clearing

Question

I am trying to go through all of my Azure Advisor recommendations and address, but one that does not seem to clear is "Enable soft delete to protect your blob data".

I reviewed the document here and it looks to be out of date for what I am seeing in the Azure portal. When I visit the Azure portal for my storage account and look under Data Protection, I see this:

Notice I do have the soft delete item enabled with a retention of 7 days, but the advisor recommendation has remained for over a week. What do I need to do to clear this recommendation. My IT department is using the recommendations to ensure we are following the guidelines, so I need to get this cleared.
