You might note that I asked you initially what you've done so far, and you didn't answer the question. You also didn't initially state that the problem applies to all third-party executables. Now you say you've tried everything that might have been suggested in all of those linked threads. You don't seem to be very interested in getting the problem solved. Good luck.
