Once files are added to media player library, do I still need to keep the original file on my computer?

    Adding them to a library doesn't create another copy of the file. To see what is really happening, use File Explorer to look at the Music library.

    Yes! - Media players do not store files - they merely read them from their folder location. - Ric.
