Vmware to Hyper-V - missing network adaptors

Im having an issue with a few servers I have migrated from vmware/esxi to Hyper V using Microsoft's conversion tool.

Host - 2016 datacentre

Vm's - 2012 r2 x64

The actual issue is that the network adaptors are missing, so no network connectivity.

Things I have tried -

Checking integration services version - up to date

Creating a legacy network adaptor - doesnt appear in network adaptors (in Windows).

I can see in device manager a few devices without drivers (unknown).

I managed to find the drivers on another machine that was migrated successfully. I was able to install these drivers after disabling the check of inf publisher.

Drivers are installed but hardware still has alerts on it and no networks are online.

I have read there may be a compatability issue somewhere. Any help would be great.
