Hardware device configuration with windows application in windows 7 32 bit Operating System

Question

Hi, I am a .net developer, I'm stuck with creating windows application with hardware devices like Web Cam, Scanner etc. Now application working fine in my machine but When i deploy .exe file or code on other machine with same configuration with .net framework 4.0, it's not detect hardware devices but when i installed visual studio, it's working fine. but "i don't want to install visual studio on other machine" than how to fix this issue, could you help me please

Framework: 4.0

IDE: VS 2010

All Devices: 32 bit
