the procedure entry point setthreaderrormode could not be located in dynamic link library KERNAL32.dll

Hi,

I want list all the processes which locks the given folder on command prompt only. I am using handle.exe from windows sysinternals.

command : c:\Users\amol\Desktop>handle c:\test

above command works fine for windows 10, windows server 2012

but when I run above command on windows server 2008, it will throw an error as the procedure entry point setthreaderrormode could not be located in dynamic link library KERNAL32.dll.

Please help me.
