web credentials printing

1.I am having troubles with printing from web credentials .[ I had forgot how to do] and just the other day, I printed one sheet on  my  web credentials. . anyone knew where I messed up? people told me to go to windows logo key and about capturing the entire screen, I know how to do that, but how do I get the photo app for windows 8.1? and it has go to file from there print photo, click 3 dot icons and press print.   2. the other says go to print scrn from my key board or go to snipping tool-go to windows key, snipping tool, new and then to Microsoft word, which I don't understand, [except how to capture the  screen and view the web credentials].... I can't print anything because I had forgot on what to do, where did I go wrong?  where did I mess up?..I really need help on this and would really be greatly appreciated... thanks, mary smith

    Hi Mary,

    We're quite lost with your concern. If you are referring to printing the Credential Manager from Control Panel, you may capture it by using the Snipping Tool. Pull up the tool by searching it from your device, then click New > Snip the desired coverage > Floppy disk icon > Choose the save location. The file will be saved as a photo, open File Manager afterward, locate and right-click the file and select Print.
