    I am using Arabic windows 1256 code page to display on customer display device so i need to print from my application to printer with port as file then process that file and redirected to the customer display port.

    As far as I know a generic printer driver can handle ASCII codes only. ASCII codes do not include Arabic characters. To get an authoritative opinion on the subject I recommend you repost your question in an Arabic language forum.
