Error bootstrapping device

I tried to installed android apk on my Nokia Lumia 1520 device but I am always getting error bootstraping device

I don't know why

It IS possible. Question is whether you want to go through the BS to get around the roadblocks to it.

As far as Microsoft is concerned the officially supported path is no longer available and it is not possible.

Of course, one can always find a way to do silly things on their devices and risk bricking them completely just to prove that something with extremely limited practical use can be done, usually by crippling several other more useful functionalities of the device.
