As far as Microsoft is concerned the officially supported path is no longer available and it is not possible.
Of course, one can always find a way to do silly things on their devices and risk bricking them completely just to prove that something with extremely limited practical use can be done, usually by crippling several other more useful functionalities of the device.
As clearly explained on several occasions in this very forum, what you are trying to do is not possible:
