My computer has just had a windows update.

I cannot open windows live mail and the following message popped up:

The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR110.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

I am not sure how to go about this,

Please try a repair.

Windows Essentials 2012 contains the following programs:

     Photo Gallery

     Movie Maker

     Windows Live Writer

     Windows Live Mail

     OneDrive

  • Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features
  • Select Windows Essentials 2012, right click, and select Uninstall/Change.
  • The following should appear:

  • Select the second choice: Repair all Windows Essentials Programs
