Windows Live Mail from setting flags

Split from this thread.

This has not helped me either!  I have had IMAP accounts for some time but after I changed to Windows 10 this problem showed up.  It is very hard to just get through a few emails when everything stops after deleting, flagging, or moving an email.

I have also had a almost constant notice that the server has terminated the connection.  I did not have this problem before Windows 10 so I suspect the two issues are related to installation of Windows 10.

My attempts to solve this problem with my emails seem to fall on deaf ears, is there anyone who knows how to take care of this issue at almighty Microsoft?????

    Hello,

Based on the description of the issue, we suggest that you create a test profile. If it is not happening on the test profile you created, this means that the existing profiles are corrupted and must be removed and added again provided that important emails, contacts and folders have already been backed up.

Should you have questions, feel free to post on this thread.
