Bios Update, Uninstalling Apps?

My HP Pavilion laptop is preparing for the new update, however it is asking me to uninstall some apps that are not compatible.

The thing is, there is nothing on the list that I can tell is an app to remove. The only bullet point is "HP Pavilion notebook - BIOS needs to be upgraded before you can upgrade to Windows 10".

I already have Windows 10 on this, so I'm guessing it means the bigger update.

Would anyone have some insight as to what it's asking me to uninstall here?

Thanks!

Hi,

Based on the information you provided, it seems that you need to upgrade/update your device's BIOS. We suggest that you contact the manufacturer (HP) for firmware updates.

Looking forward to your response.

I have the same issue.  You can't ignore and continue to get notice that I have an update pending.  I don't know how to fix this issue.
