Microsoft Windows 2012 Server Installation GUI

Hello,

I recently installed Microsoft Windows 2012 Server on a new unit but didn't select the GUI package when installing the system. I've searched this problem on the forums and have tried mostly every answer I have seen.

Using PowerShell I entered in the command, " Add-WindowsFeatures Server-Gui-Shell, Server-Gui-Mgmt-Infra "

This command Failed stating "The source files Could not be downloaded, use the "Source" option to specify the location of the files that are required to restore the feature."

Do I need to re-install windows 2012  to select the GUI package? How would I start the installation application located on the disk using the command window?

Thank you
