Remove SD card - restart your phone - go to the Microsoft Store  - reinstall/repair the app - error occurs - shut down your phone - insert SD - restart phone - complete installation of the app - DONE

Code: 0x8103010F WhatsApp no install and no deinstall and no start possible. 😭😭😭 Error: 0x8000000e beim Deinstall. 😭😭😭 Windows Mobile is running in a Sandbox, so there is no chance to solve the problem without a jailbreak. But no direct reaction or answer from the MS Mobile Developer to the problem. 👀👀👀 Still doesn't work still 2018/03/26 07:06

    Hi,

There is a possibility that this issue might have occurred due to system files that have gone bad in the system.

We recommend that you run the troubleshooter for Windows apps.
