Linking corporate Visual Studio Professional subscription benefits to a personal account

Hello,

I have received a Visual Studio Professional license from the organizations where I'm working and I'm wondering whether it is possible to activate the subscription benefits ($50 Azure credits) using a personal email account? If so, can someone please point me to a article or resource on how to do this?
