Thank you very much for your feedback. And sorry for my carelessness since I didn't noticed the version of the server 2012 before. May I know if this server was a SQL server? Please kindly note that the feature availability group was first introduced in SQL Server 2012, and it was an Enterprise Edition feature only. And from SQL server 2016, the standard version supports basic availability group.
