uninstalling a downloaded program

I had installed a program from Wondershare for PDF password remover. Since it is not useful to me I wanted to remove it but when I tried uninstalling it I got an error (printscreen attached) and it is not getting uninstalled. Please explain me this error and help me in resolving this issue. Thanks

Try using a software such as or Revo Uninstaller. They are useful for removing programs that wont uninstall correctly in Windows.
