Does it happen with an external USB keyboard?
Escape key closes Task Manager

Windows 7 Profesional
Today, while in-game 'Diablo 2' I pressed the esc key and it closed the game. Then I opened the task manager
and pressed the ESC key again, closing it. This doesn't happen with other programs. ex. Control panel
