cache memory not saving

I have acer laptop with windows 10 home edition.  its core i5 7200 with 12 GB ram and 2 GB graphics. its updated to the latest version of windows. but when ever I restart my laptop it delete all its cache memory. and gets very slow. and restarts all application as new loads all thing again and again. it lags a lot. but when I open any software ones then another time it work properly until I restart my laptop. please do some thing. contact as soon as possible.     Hi Mitesh,

    Based on the details provided on this thread, we have one additional question for you. Are you using any restore software (ex: Deep Freeze software and Reboot Restore RX) on your computer? It is also possible that the issue is due to one of the running application on your computer's background. We recommend that you perform a **Clean Boot**and check if there are changes.

    Note: Reset the computer back to Normal Mode once you are done with the troubleshooting by following the section "How to reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting" from the same article.

    Update us on how it goes.

    No change made on pc prior. it is occurring from the beginning when I bought this product.

    when I restart my laptop it start every program as new and as it was like first run initialization, No I am not getting any error messages...
