Thank you for your reply. It won't delete anything on your system, clean boot will help eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program in Windows 10.
Side by side issues
Hi,
I was wondering if anyone can help? I installed a game via Steam and it will not play. Windows tells me there is a side by side issue and mentions a file called sxstrance.exe.
I followed the advice on the MS site and installed Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 .
Two of the files reinstalled but the file vcredist_arm.exe would not install.
I also did all this stuff.
Is there a viable solution to this problem?
the game is Cities Xl Platinum if that is of any consequence.
Thanks

It looks like the components of your Steam has somethingto do with the error message that you are getting. Perform a clean boot to help eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program in Windows 10. You can go to this link and follow the steps to perform a clean boot.
