My friend is complaining she can't open an rtf file I sent via Facebook messenger. I don't know how to copy and paste on my windows 8 laptop to her windows 10 phone. HELP

    Let's determine the cause of the issue. To get started, we'd like to get the following information:

    • Is this your first time to encounter this issue?
    • Does the issue persist with all the files coming from the messenger?
    • Did you make any changes to your computer's configuration prior to the issue?

    To copy files from Windows 8 laptop to Windows 10 Phone, connect your phone to your computer and it will show up a device in Windows Explorer. You can simply drag and drop files in Windows Explorer to copy them to the device.
