HELP !!! Authentication Error after migrating from CRM 2011 to CRM 2016

Hi,

We have migrated our system from Dynamics CRM 2011 to CRM 2016 recently following the Guide provided and resolved all the conflicts/issue. But recently we observed on strange error occurring while logging a particular user with a security role(other than system administrator) and CAL Information as Access Mode: Administrator and License Type: Administrator.

Its used work properly when the system was in CRM 2011. But now we are facing this issue.

If the CAL information for the user has been changed to Access Mode: Read-Write and License Type: Basic, the user was able to login successfully. But we require to set them as Access Mode: Administrator and License Type: Administrator for the user.

After digging more into the error, we observer in the event viewer an information while logging as below:
