Microsoft Expression Web 4 crashes ...

Question

Microsoft Expression Web 4 won't launch ... it says "Microsoft Expression Web 4 has stopped working" ... if I go into debugging mode, it says "An unhandled exception of type 'System.Security.SecurityException' occurred in System.dll" ... so I have to uninstall and reinstall ... it works for awhile (maybe hours or days) ... then when I try to launch the app, it crashes again ... any help would be appreciated!
