Setupapi.dll reinstall

My pc. When turned on asks to reinstall SETUP.APIdll and after windows is loaded dektop doesn't appear and screen goes blank.

    • Have you made any changes to your computer prior to this issue?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
    • Have you tried running the System File Checker tool to scan your files? If not, you can follow the steps on this linkto run the SFC tool.
