    Dear Eric

    Thanks for the help

I wish to give the following additional information

I have a DEll xps laptop which was running on windows 7 . however during upgrade from win7 to win 10 the pc got automatically upgraded . ON checking with dell site this particular model was not suitable for upgrade .

I went to the site after registering for Digital signature I downgarded to win 7 as the pc was having issues with win 10. (My other HP PC is working fine after upgrade). within a month and had win 7 working fine except for the script error on ie 11.

I had gone the ms troubleshooting site and tried many solution like

i went to IE options and tried to do steps as advised but script error persisted .

I also tried a few more solution which was posted in the web but with no solution . I use IE for secure banking transaction as I feel safe with IE.

I giving below the message ( and IE keeps on loading)

AN ERROR  HAS OCCURED ON SCIPT ON THIS PAGE

    LINE     15

    CHAR    2

    ERROR   MEMBER NOT FOUND

    CODE      0

    URL       file:///C:/Program%20Files%20(x86)/Microsoft%20Office/Office12/INTLBAND.HTM

DO YOU WANT TO RUN SCRIPT ON THIS PAGE ?

Then IE keeps loading w/o responding I have to task manager to shut it down

    thanks for the reply
