Hi.
I get a new window opening for each move of the mouse. Search bar reads www.win2.cn/g9. The ad is for A4TECH software. I ran windows defender and AVG complete pc scan yesterday and backdated to an earlier setting. All well until today when pc started up and the same issue was back. Any solutions would be very welcome. Thanks. Andy.

the same problem with me. and it is caused by an A4tech wireless mouse. as soon as i remove it my system gets ok but as i plug in the mouse it starts doing the same problem again. i havent yet found a proper solution but for the time being i m using an old mouse that i had.
