Hello everyone,
The Touchscreen of my ASUS Transformer Tablet Made in China Model:
T100TAF (Mobile Dock) has refused to work after formatting. The PC crashed
after I installed an antivirus. I tried recovery and PC
Resetting from Control Panel under Getting Started but all
attempts failed me. I then reformat the PC with the same
Windows 8.1 32 bit OS and after the
formatting, I when to ASUS.COM and download all the drivers for the
PC model yet, the Touchscreen is not working.
Please help me out.

This is tricky. We could be looking at a few possible causes of this issue. We recommend this article about reinstalling Windows RT 8.1.
