DCOM error in Windows server 2012 r2

The description for Event ID 10010 from source Microsoft-Windows-DistributedCOM cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. 

Once this error occurs , the server hangs. It has to be rebooted every time.
