Problem With Microsoft wireless mobile 1850 mouse

Hi there

I've purchased Microsoft wireless mobile 1850 mouse for two days . 

while I'm working with, it's OK but after 10-15 seconds of stay still , when you moving it again has a lag for about 1/10 second . The mouse pointer jumps in an obvious way and annoy me .

Every time after 10-15 seconds in every computer in every windows version have this problem 

Since I opened the pocket and started to work had this problom

I've done (but nothing changed) :

uninstall and reinstall driver 

check win 8.1 and 10

check multi computers

What should I do ?
