hello sir pls help me. my windows 7 showing a message when open windows " application has generated an exception that could not be handled Process id=0xfc4(4036), Thread id=0xfc8(4040).Click OK to terminate the application.Click Cancel to debug the application" pls fix it this problem

    this one is happening when i open windows like restart at the starting its coming ,

    before 1 day my system format it
