Me first account in microsoft l forgot password

    Hi,

Do you mean your Microsoft Outlook.com/Hotmail account or your Windows 7 Admin/User Account?

Here is the information on what to do for both:

When you can't sign in to your Microsoft account

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/12429/microsoft-account-sign-in-cant

Go to the Reset your password page.

    @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

"What to do if you forget your Windows password"

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/what-to-do-if-you-forget-your-windows-password

"If you forget the administrator password and don't have a password reset disk or another administrator account, you won't be able to reset the password. If there are no other user accounts on the computer, you won't be able to log on to Windows and will need to re-installWindows."

    To reinstall the Operating System:

You can contact your Computer Manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of Recovery Disks.

They should do that for a small cost, IF they still have them available.

Or you can also borrow the exact same Retail Windows 7 Edition DVD and use your Product Key to reinstall.

    _______________________________________________________

Or you can use this for preinstalled or Retail Licenses

Download the correct ISO file and make your own disk and use the Product Key that is on the COA Sticker.

And here are instructions on how to burn ISO images to disk:
