Good Morning,

My name is Jay an IT-support officer, Recently our office were facing a problem with data backup processing. We've using Windows Server 2008 and HP Data Protector for backup processing. We will receive 3 backup reports in daily basis, two incremental backup and one complete backup. The error found on complete backup which state that two different file cannot read. We bring this issue to HP Data Protector Team, as per there investigation the error message indicates the reason as report by the Operating System(win server 2008 r2): This error_crc of OS https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/libarary/windows/desktop/msn681382(v=vs.85).aspx and not Data Protector issue, so they recommend me to coordinate with OS Team to Check: -

  1. windows Registry Damage or Corruption
  2. Device Driver Conflicts
  3. Hardware Malfuntion
  4. Virus or spyware Infection - no infection
  5. Software File Damage or Corruption

The error message which we received:  we couldn't access and find this 2 files in the path :
