Visual FoxPro running on Windows 7

We are running a custom software that was programmed in Visual FoxPro and I've been told all of it's printing functions are controlled by Windows.  The problem we're having is that when we're doing a print preview the page only opens 1/2 way and you have to click on the maximize button to open it completely (which is very annoying since we are doing this hundreds of times a day).  It had always opened completely until a couple of weeks ago - something has changed but I don't know what to check.....help!!

I've played with the screen resolution and made sure the printer was set to 8.5 X 11 but that didn't fix the problem
