Hi,

I have DC1 and DC2 that encountered failure in replication.

DC2 has a mastery of FSMO.

I really don't know what's beyond history of this I took it as my project anyway.

and what we planned was to ADD another DC.

since it has an issue on replication. and there are applications already integrated in AD. and also the issue was joining sample PC usually you will type domain , but it won't join using domain FQDN , rather IP address.

question:

Can we still add DC even there is a replication error in DC1 and DC2?

DC 3 then Demote DC2.

if any suggestions please reply on this.

Thanks alot
