Once a system has had Windows 10, there is only one way to re-install Windows 7 and have a reliable system -- complete "custom" install.   If you are interested, I can provide a step by step to do that.

I need to massively and permanently delete files using Disk Cleanup on my laptop which is loaded with Windows 7. This is because nearly every file I try to access is "Not Responsive". How do I perform these massive deletions?
