Device Manager won't Open

hi guys..today i have a problem in windows 7 about device manager... actually i cant access it..when i go to device manager

a message pops-up and says:

 

i hope any of you could help me out because i really need to access my device manager right now..

i need answers ASAP!! thanks everyone!

• Are you using an administrator account?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done to isolate the problem?
• Have you tried running System File Checker to check for any file corruption?

yes, i'm using an administrator account

i have not done anything yet about troubleshooting because im not sure about whats the problem..

yes i did use the SFC...

but after it.. i have not checked out the device manager
