Blurry lines

I am using Office 2013 and of lately the documents that I print in black have a line through them, are corrupted or smeared. This occurs ~ every second or third line. The computer prints other documents from the internet without any problems - only Word or Excell documents are affected. I have checked the printer and everything else is fine

Can somebody help?

I have a kodak all in one printer and every other line is a blur

    Which files are affected by this? Only Office files?

    What happens if you convert your document to PDF and print the PDF?
