Windows 10 Game Problems

Question

Unable to run installed games in Windows 10, including Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

It comes to the Loading screen and freezes there.

These games have been installed for several months and worked fine until 0719/17.

Same problem when trying to install a new game from the Windows Store.  It never finishes installing.

I'm looking for an old PC game that i played about 5 6 years ago and now I forget it.

Please, If anyone knows the name of the game pls reply!

first things I remember : This game had a cover I think that there was a girl on the picture that had a doll in her hand

And the game was third person (I do not remember the angle of the camera)

And the character of the game was a girl

 In the first minutes of the game, the character of the game spoke to someone in the forest  After that, i went to a column or something like that, with a review of it, a special event occurred

That by repeating that event

door of a palace or something like palace was opened

After that, i saw a scene From the flight of souls from the chairs

next with progress in the game I found a dog in a room

And from there, that dog was accompanied by the character of the game

I do not remember the continuation of the game
